Workflow

Build a DJ Identity

What do I need before I ask for a booking?

A promoter needs to hear you, see you and reach you in under a minute. That is the whole brief.

beginnerbrandingepksocials

The path

  1. Name
  2. Handles
  3. Artwork system
  4. Mixes
  5. EPK

Step by step

How to run it

  1. Lock a searchable name

Check it is free on every platform and as a domain before you print anything.

  2. Claim the handles at once

Same handle everywhere, even on platforms you will not use yet.

  3. Build one artwork template

Fixed type, fixed grid, changing image and number.

  4. Publish three mixes

One is a fluke, three is a body of work.

  5. Write a two-paragraph EPK

Who you are, what you play, where you have played, one photo, one link.
