The path

Step by step

Pick a DJ whose selection you trust
Not the biggest name — the one whose sets you replay.

Open their Spotify profile
Search the DJ, open the artist page and scroll past the top tracks to the playlist shelves.

Separate hand-made playlists from algorithmic ones
Check the owner line: playlists made by the DJ or their label are crates. ‘This Is’, ‘Radio’ and ‘Discovered On’ are Spotify’s output, not theirs.

Read the hand-made playlist as a tracklist
Sort by date added to see what they are playing now, and note names that repeat across several of their playlists.

Save candidates without judging
Copy artist and title into an Inbox list. Streaming catalogues are incomplete — you will buy elsewhere.

Find the actual sets
Playlists show taste; recorded sets show how it is used. Radio archives and mix platforms hold more than the festival circuit does.

Pull the tracklist
Cross-check two databases; each misses different IDs.
